Mission Trips

God has blessed New Vision Ministries with many outstanding short-term mission teams.  Such teams serve many needs by bringing helpful resources and skills.  They’re a tremendous encouragement to the missionaries and ministry team.  God also uses short-term mission trips to impact the team members themselves and many people ‘back home’ when their experiences are shared.

To host short-term mission teams requires time and planning… for adequate transportation, accommodations, meals, schedules, projects, translators, supplies, etc.  New Vision wants to make sure the purpose(s) and activities of each team align with the current priorities and projects of NVM.  We prefer no more than one team per month, and team sizes no larger than twelve.  Due to the schedules and responsibilities of the missionaries, there may be some months when it will not be possible to host a team. To help us coordinate our teams, we may ask a short-term mission team to complete our ‘Short-term Mission Trip Application Form’ and consult with our stateside short-term mission trip coordinator, Will Hatten.  You can contact Will by going to the Contact Us page.  We trust that our partners and teams will understand our limitations, and will work with us and support us as we strive to minister according to God’s will for NVM.
